Legal Disputes

Venue. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Claim Limitations. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Changes to Agreement

This Agreement is subject to occasional revision. If we make any substantial changes, we may notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any significant changes will be effective 30 days after posting notice. Continued use of the Site or Services following notice of changes will indicate your acknowledgement of the changes and agreement to be bound by them.
