Vice President
Moises Ruiz serves as Vice President of Ruiz Insurance Agency and brings more than 25 years of insurance experience to the businesses he serves. Specializing exclusively in commercial insurance, he helps business owners identify risks, protect assets, and secure the coverage needed to support long-term success. As a trusted advisor, Moises is known for his responsiveness, commitment to service, and ability to help clients navigate insurance decisions with confidence. Outside of the agency, he serves as the Lead Chaplain for the Duncanville Police Department, providing support and care to first responders, their families, and the community.
