Rosemary founded Ruiz Insurance Agency in 2013 with a goal to give DFW families an agency they could actually trust. With a background in Business Management from Berkeley College and 10+ years of insurance industry experience, she's built the agency into a thriving community institution. She also serves on the Cedar Hill Education Foundation Board.

Moises Ruiz
Vice President
Moises brings 19 years of insurance industry experience to every client interaction. He specializes in commercial insurance, helping business owners minimize liability and maximize their coverage benefits. Moises is passionate about his community and regularly volunteers with the American Red Cross.
